always a pleasure to visit the load. it's a little out of the way in truro, but it's worth finding. always eat incredibly tasty, the ingredients seem (and taste) top notch, they get large portions, the shops always clean and tidy and even if busy the staff seems happy. because they can “build” their own food from the menu their choice is quite endless and the choice of sauces for everyone who doesn’t really like to season to the fire breathe super hot. Delicious, healthy, quick, and satisfying! This is our favorite place in Truro for a hearty meal. The staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is relaxed. You can enjoy your food on-site or take it to go.

Nice chilli beef burrito ,staff are nice ,prices are good just the ghost chilli hot sauce was a bit disappointing and not very hot
