Worst experience ever. We ordered through the app for pick-up, but my husband didn?t realize the pick-up time was ASAP. We also could never find a comment field for the orders (my 18 month old has a severe peanut allergy). We tried canceling the order andcalling without any luck. You can?t cancel or edit pick-up time or call the location. When we got there 30 minutes later, myhusband explained, and they refused to remake our food for us. It was all ice cold and soggy. They also said they ?100%guarantee? the allergy portion. That?s a big claim for a toddler who would have to use an epi-pen if they weren?t telling thetruth. They should have remade our food with the proper allergy precautions....
This is the third time this location has gotten my order wrong. The first two times I order the chicken club, no avocado due to an allergy, no tomato, and add grilled onions I get home and there is avocado which means I have to peel off the top piece ofbread and cut off the top part of chicken so I can eat something. This third time, I get home and there is no avocado butthere's tomato and no grilled onions. I was at least happy I could eat it with two pieces of bread but man it's sodisappointing. Third and finale strike for this location. I'm done. Two stars because at least the meal came out quick and thecashier was really friendly.
Had awesome Grilled Chicken Burger with Fried Onion Rings and French Fries. Staff is very friendly and courteous. I ordered Char Burger and later hot to know that there's beef in there which we as Hindu don't eat because of our religious belief. The staffswitched it to a chicken burger without any hesitation, keeping the same smile that I loved. Very welcoming, positive andhygienic atmosphere. Service is fast. Toilets were neat and clean. Would recommend.
Always a hard Habit to break! No matter what you order, you will find the food enjoyable. I am in love with the single and double burger and sweet potato fries. You just can't go wrong with any item on the menu. Oh and the tempura green beans are out of this world especially if you dip them in the house ranch dressing ? The Habit Burger Grill is a must and once you do, you'll know what a hard Habit to break really is too!

Though the food and service are great ALL off the outdoor seating (tables and chairs) are absolutely filthy! They all need a good scrubbing, not just running a wet towel over them. We eat here frequently and have never seen it so dirty. Had I gone outto get a table before ordering, I would have left and gone elsewhere for lunch. Very disappointed.

If I could give this zero stars I would. My burger was over cooked, produce was wilted, condiments were missing and bread was stale. They made my burger with garbage. Our chicken was also gross but I think thats just their chicken sandwhich, not a quality issue. Will never eat at habit again.
the Santa Barbara char burger is good but you have to get it fresh. habit via doordash takes a minimum of an hour to get delivered. by the time you get it, the burger is cold, dry and flavorless.
