Called for the first time to complain and they said unless we drive 25 minutes to show them the food, they can’t refund our meal. I would understand if we were a one and done but they know us to be regulars and we’ve never called to complain before, even when we should have, as we assumed it was just a bad day. We had a wonderful and unforgettable experience. We decided to sit at the sushi bar and shared a 10-piece meal for two. Both the service and the food were exceptional, and the chef at the bar was extremely friendly. I highly recommend sitting at the bar if you're with a small group, as the staff will be able to attend to you more promptly.
I ordered salmon Terriyaki lunch box. The shumai and California roll was ok. The salmon was deep fried instead of grilling and dipped in teriyaki sauce. That's not the way teriyaki should be.Before I ordered shrimp Teriyaki and the same thing happened . Deep fried shrimp dipped in Teriyaki sauce. What a disappointment.

Excellent sushi. Way above average quality. Expensive. Air conditioner should have been higher on a hot muggy day. For some reason they serve free hot green tea instead of ice water and I was already uncomfortably warm. Other than that it was Excellent food.Food: 5/5
The sushi lacks freshness and has an unpleasant fishy odor. You can definitely tell it's not fresh when you eat it. The cooked dishes, like the udon, are decent, but overall, the experience was disappointing. Food rating: 1/5.
The tuna is incredibly fresh, and the service is exceptional. We've returned here time and time again because the food is outstanding. I absolutely love this place! My favorite dish, as always, is the chirashi deluxe.
I ordered an expensive rabby roll to go, but they forgot the special robbi sauce! It was really disappointing. All I received was soy sauce for dipping, which was so bland. Overall, I would rate the food a 1 out of 5.
