The employee claimed they called my number while I was nearby and visible, but I could clearly hear the other numbers being announced. I waited a little while and walked over a couple of times to check on my order, but there seemed to be no effort on their part to locate the customer who placed the order. They insisted they had called my number, but since I heard all the other numbers, I felt like they were trying to make me feel foolish. Instead of focusing on getting orders out, the staff seemed more interested in chatting with each other. I understand that mistakes happen, but the way they treated me made me feel disrespected, prompting me to write this review.

This is little Asian restaurant in the SeaTac Airport, C -Concourse. (Alaska Air). ÷ There is a SODA MACHINE with FREE REFILLS! The 22oz soda is $3.25.... with free refills.Nice woman at the counter. You don't have to sit and stay at the restaurant. You can sit at your gate and go back for your refill.

Benchers was closed so I tried it out. I will be eating here now wherever I’m passing through the airport. $15 for chicken teriyaki with rice and a salad. Quality is impressive and the order was filled quickly. Seats available to customers. Couldn’t ask for anything

Bento Box combo plus tip $30. Ouch. Sugar soaked food. Baked hard inedible Gyoza. If you want plain old non fizzy water you have to pay extra for a bottle. The machine has its trigger for plain water removed. Not broken, removed.

This is probably the best airport food I've ever had. I ordered a large portion of spam, eggs, and rice. It was reasonably priced and cooked well. However, the wasabi packet was incredibly spicy! I enjoyed it, but be cautious!

An excellent choice at the airport for teriyaki, gyoza, bento boxes, and sushi or rice bowls. The service is quick.
