I have been using my cell phone regularly since it opened and was happy with the value for money until a while ago. I always advertised the place to others and insisted with friends and family to get our Dürüm there and not at the other Dürüm shop in Zollikofen. Even after I moved from Z., I only went there every now and then when I visited someone. Still always there! The service is quick and mostly friendly and stress free. As a customer since the opening, I have been loyal and have been there regularly until I move away and can even tell which of the three is based on the quantities and arrangement of the ingredients people working there gave the Dürüm when someone else went to fetch him....
Despite the new bad reviews, I wanted to give the shop a chance and ordered a raclette burger . I immediately got food poisoning from there. The burger meat is probably months old and the demotivated worker apparently doesn 't care about hygiene. If you can only offer coffee and cake, then please focus on that and not offer burgers (for 13 francs! .
Pizza and kebabs are highly recommended. No long waiting times, the restaurant was very clean and the service was friendly.
