We love Hajime in Elk River! Always fresh and delicious! Best sushi in the area, I always switch it up and try new rolls, but I ALWAYS get the mussels app- trust me- not just normal mussels, topped with spicy crab. Yum! Kid-friendliness: Lots of options for kiddos and fun Japanese sodas.
Nice, thick cuts of sashimi and fantastic rolls are complimented by tender edamame and excellent sake!
