I really enjoyed the taste of the riddles. Our group ordered the Black Tonkotsu, the classic Tonkotsu and some gyoza. The broth really tastes rich without being too salty and the pig slices were not dry. The ram taste was increased with sesame, chopped garlic and some chili condition. However, the sesame was very mild, despite much to put. The Gyoza was also great. The one we got was not burned and it tastes best with the Gyoza sauce and chili sauce that came with him, I recommend this place. It can be very crowded with long queues for peak hours. Be ready to wait. The place was quite small and crampy, typical of a ram joint.

It happens to come across this Rammenplatz as you go around Bourke Street and decided to try it. This restaurant is located in Bourke and Russell street. We have the signatures Tonkotsu Ramen, the Black Tonkotsu Ramen and Gyoza. The soup for the Tonkotsu Ramen was good. The normal soup is tasteful, thick and creamy, but it is not too salty. The noodle was the right hardness on normal. The Black Tonkotsu soup was just as good as regular toncottage with added garlic and sesame aroma. The sesame taste, however, is somewhat mild. The gyoza was great with a crispy bottom crust with juicy pork inside. Total recommended

This is seriously the best Ramen outside of Japan. The Signature Tonkotsu is so subtle in its flavour and there are some side dishes available if you still think you will be hungry (you won't). There may be a line to get in, but it's worth the wait. Staff are also very friendly and helpful. Ordering via QR Code. Definitely worth a visit for Ramen freaks!

It is worth waiting on the queue before the restaurant for these amazing knights. The broth is so rich and tasty especially the God Fire and Black Tonkotsu. Since more than 10 times it is always brilliant and very consistent!
