I've been enjoying Hakataya Ramen for over a decade! Throughout my three pregnancies, it was a staple for me, and now my kids—aged 11, 7, and 6—ask for Hakataya Ramen every week. It has definitely become a beloved family favorite! Our number one location is the Warrigal Square restaurant, where the service is exceptionally friendly and professional. The manager, Bobby, has seen my children grow up over the years; he is truly AMAZING! A hardworking and kind man, he always provides cheerful service with a big smile. I HIGHLY recommend this restaurant. Once you try their delicious ramen, I guarantee you won't be disappointed—in fact, you might just become addicted! I give it a perfect 10 out of...

This is truly the best ramen I've ever had. To be precise, the number four dish—Miso Spicy—surpasses everything else I've tried. I've tasted ramen in Japan, Taiwan, Hong Kong, and China, but I still prefer Hakataya Ramen over all of them. At the Warrigal Square location, the staff have always been friendly in my experience. I've been enjoying Hakataya for over 20 years and I can't recommend it highly enough. For families, there are highchairs and children's utensils available.

There is no suggestion that the attitude of obesity to service is poor. There is now too much room for a gling lens, and a poor attitude. There are no waiting days for meals at the meals, and several minutes for you to see you, too, for meals, and the attitude you have taken your own. The sense of life is affecting them. Book a table now

As a regular customer, I am quite disappointed with my recent experiences. For over two years, it seems that only one person has been working consistently, and the situation hasn't changed. The staff members appear to be overwhelmed and intimidated, and I believe they genuinely need a pay raise.

I will not be returning. The attitude of the only staff member here was unacceptable. We came and paid for our meal; it wasn’t a free meal.
