They have the best hummus in Chicago.I know that's a particular kind of thing so what I meant was that on a balance of smoothness and flavour it's better than others. There are things you have to carefully and lovingly do to achieve that. The place operates like a family owned spot, idk if it is ...but they shared some of their own off menu with me and it was great. You know the homestyle things not on menus anywhere. Really they should offer it as catering, because they could make a small fortune.I enjoyed the shawerma plate but everything is good here.The hostess is always friendly and smiling, and you will leave smiling.
I wanted to order from this place just because my friends dad owns the place and I have to say I did not expect the lamb shank to be better than most lamb shanks I have had in any halal restaurant I’ve been too. The tabooleh was amazing and the hummus was delicious. We also ordered stuff like the chicken shawarma sandwich and kebabs for my entire family and we all agreed that this place is very good and we will insha Allah go there again. Overall great food and service.
Great Reataurant ! Delicious food we ordered lamb with hummus and salad). Their Lamb deserves Michelins Start! It is melting in your mouth ! They make their own white sauce which deserves 10 star ! You should try it ! Friendly stuff. Good price . Nice unique decor . Highly recommended! They also have take out , it will be perfect for any party ! Free easy street parking
This is our local go-to spot for Middle Eastern food. I can definitely recommend their falafel, chicken schwarma, steak kababs, hummus, and Jerusalem salad. If you dine in, they warm up the pita bread for you and dipping it in hummus is delicious. It's mostly a takeout spot, but comfortable to dine in too.

DO NOT CATER AS THEY ARE A **** RIP OFF!! A 1 inch tray is called half tray which technically is a quarter tray. Ordered chicken shawarma tray worth $70 to realize only one layer of chicken worth 2 plate orders were served(as in pictures).. on top the owner refused to do anything about it!
The Chicken Kabob with their Mediterranean Salad and rice has to be my absolute favorite. Their pieces of chicken Kabob are perfectly grilled, juicy and so tender. Their lentil soup with a dash of lemon is also on my recommendation list. Thank me later.Food: 5/5
Best food on the way to and from the airport, it’s very close to 90 and 94 and the food is simply delicious. Everything comes with salad and the prices are pretty normal for Chicago. We had lamb kabob and imho they were cooked to perfection and no smell at all.
Food is well flavored. Everything we tried was delicious. Although pricing can be on a higher end, food is well portioned. We ordered a few dishes and lasted us a few meals. Great choice in the neighborhood.Food: 5/5
