After waiting two hours for my food, I called them and was told by the staff that the driver was unreachable, despite having placed my order directly through their website. The employee suggested that I should have ordered through DoorDash instead and even asked me to contact the driver myself to complain. I explained that I ordered through their website and that it was their responsibility to handle the issue with the driver. He dismissed my concerns, stating it wasn't his problem. I didn’t grab a photo of the food but we’ve gotten fast food from here a few times. It’s always empty so if you want a place to yourself and don’t mind the smell of smoke (it’s next to a houkah lounge), this is an option.Double cheeseburger cooked medium rare is what my husband likes. If you get that with 3 pieces of chicken, total came out to $15. The food was warm and fresh. Taste wise, it’s pretty standard.We’ve either dined in or done pick up so I can’t speak to the Uber/door dash order issues. If you’re looking for customer service, it’s not the place for you we don’t mind it as much since they’re not mean or difficult.
The restaurant has a casual vibe with plenty of options at a reasonable price. So, you might be wondering why I rated it only 3 stars. Well, during my first visit, the pizza crust was burnt—not entirely, but definitely overcooked. I decided to go back in person, and the food was good this time. However, the gentleman at the counter came off as quite serious and seemed to have a bit of a "get out of my sight" attitude. I'm hoping for a better experience on my next visit.
Overall, this was the worst dining experience I've ever had. We ordered fried chicken, gyro beef, gyro chicken, and a chicken wrap with sides. The fried chicken was oily and overcooked, and within minutes it turned dry and hard. The gyro lacked flavor, and the gyro chicken was undercooked. The fries were served cold, which we complained about. This was one of the worst decisions I've made, and I regret coming here. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Staying nearby, didn't really know what to expect because it doesn't seem they focus on philly cheese steaks. I LOVED it! Best Philly I've had in a long time. Would recommend this to anyone that likes Phillys. Didn't try anything else, but the fries were good too.
One of the best fried chicken places. We ordered 15 pc dark box which came with freshest warm biscuits and within 20 mins our dine in order was ready. Food was warm, delicious and perfectly cooked.Food: 5/5
First time in this restaurant and the cashier/cook was rude! If you are unhappy with your job please quit! New customers go for an experience and your rude attitude on a holiday is unacceptable!
