We come to the Kloten pool almost every day and are usually treated well — except by one staff member: a woman with short curly blonde hair and glasses. She’s consistently rude, disrespectful, and frankly, her behavior toward my family feels racist. It’s unacceptable. She should not be working in a public-facing role.
