If I could give this place no stars I would. I bought a cheeseburger yesterday, all I simply wanted was a simple cheeseburger well done lettuce and tomato what they made I had no idea was a thick cold burger with corn and little teeny tiny pieces of some kind of fries, NO CHEESE! and God knows what else was in that burger I’m sorry, but I thought the burger was disgusting took forever to get the burger. What they sell first-hand here are the hamburgers, they are a good size, they are not like any typical hamburger, I think they stand out well for their flavors and a distinct style. To be honest, I don't really like the meat in hamburgers, it doesn't have much flavor. The salads are super good, good portion, very satisfying. The juices are very delicious ?, the desserts I think have an acceptance of 80% so it is very acceptable. It has a bathroom, the staff is warm so they are young but they have their flaws in customer service, they take a long time (20 minutes timed) to take your order. They are clean and tidy, what I don't like at all is that they can go by your table taking out the trash...
I called at 10:25pm to make an order for pick up. The manager told me that they stopped making pick up orders at 10:30pm and they only do deliveries. Didn’t make any sense to me. She was very rude, I kindly asked to do this one time favor, I’m not from the area and we were 10 minutes away. She responded very nasty. I called the Newark location and immediately took my order for pick up and did not give me any excuse or attitude. Just drive or call the Newark location. I never have a complaint about them and even if you dine in, I prefer the customer service at the Newark location vs Kearny. Sad that are the same chain and have this type of nasty attitude to customers.
Ai y'all ima keep it a buck food was mid as hell for the price tasted like something from school and it also tasted frozen and cooked at the same time service wise not bad pretty chill but here's my main issue how tf did our order come out to 60 when it was 47 bucks because of a 15 percent MANDATORY TIP AND THEY HIGHER THE PRICE FURTHER DUE TO IT BEING ON CARD MANY OTHER PLACES YOU CAN GET FIRE FOOD FOR CHEAPER the juice was pretty fire tho BTW I WAS GONNA TIP BUT JESUS THAT'S ALOT OF MONEY FOR WHAT BRUNG ON THE TABLE

This restaurant used to be great, but my recent experience was disappointing. Even though they had 30 minutes left before closing, they wouldn't let me place an order. The customer service was terrible, and I refuse to order from a place that doesn't value its customers.
This place definitely deserves a much higher rating! I absolutely love dining here! The portion sizes are generous, the prices are fantastic, the atmosphere is vibrant, and the food is amazing! The desserts are equally delightful. I’ve enjoyed every single visit!
Great spot, but I recommend avoiding lunch hours when local schools are in session. It tends to get crowded with kids.
