I was recommended this restaurant by some friends, but I was disappointed with my experience. The food was just okay and nothing exceptional. The service was not good at all, as the young lady at the counter was unfriendly and did not explain anything to me, even though it was my first time there. I also found the price to be a bit high, with a total of $21.04 for a burger, fries, and a drink. Overall, I would not recommend this place. Safe travels. Cheers.
The employees at this restaurant have unfriendly attitudes, with the exception of the light-skinned male worker who is the best employee there and has a great attitude. When I ordered my usual veggie burger, a female worker made a snide remark about it. I don't understand why they had a problem with my order, but I no longer care. I used to be a loyal customer for years and received good customer service, but after this experience, I will not be returning.
Great go to that never disappoints. Gets crowded around 11-11:30, so can be a little slow around that time. Good standard burger for a decent price. Employees are extremely friendly and courteous. Been coming here for years and will always come back. Onlything that held it back from 5-stars is a better bread selection.
This was our first visit to this restaurant and we were pleasantly surprised to discover a new favorite spot! The burgers were incredibly tasty and made to order using fresh, real ingredients. I had an amazing experience at this restaurant! The hamburgers were fantastic and I am looking forward to going back. We stumbled upon this gem while visiting the Spindletop Museum at Lamar University. If you're looking for delicious fast food, this place is a must-visit.
I'm not sure about paying $20 for a burger that falls apart in your hands. This has happened before, and it might be the last time. I enjoy the taste, but it only lasts for two bites before it starts falling apart.
