We ordered a kebab from here, we dont normally get our regular kebab from here, so we thought we would give it ago but never again! We ordered at 5o clock and we had to ring up 3 times before they actully turnt up at 7 with the food the delivery woman look like she had walked from the kebab shop she was extremely out of breathe and couldnt understand a word we said we check the food before she left and it was freezing cold so we told her we didnt want it and she didnt understand so we gave her back the kebab and shut the door we had waited over 1 hour and a half for our dinner and we then had to order from a diffrent kebab shop because we was starving and luckily our kebab turnt up in 15 min...
I would not recommend this restaurant at all. The food was extremely disgusting and repulsive. The pizzas, kebabs, and chips I ordered were all terrible. The pizza was burnt with unappetizing chicken, hair, and bones in it. The kebab fell apart and was gross. The chips were cold and soggy. When I called to complain, the manager was rude and dismissive. I was laughed at when I called back. This place should be closed down based on the numerous bad reviews. I have requested a full refund and advise others not to order from here. The photos I have show the burnt pizza, chicken bone, and hair in my food.
I cannot believe what I just tasted at this restaurant. The pizza resembled brown bread with a thin layer of cheese that tasted like burnt plastic. Three different people tried it and we all had the same opinion. This place should be shut down. It's fortunate that they are closing for a 5-week holiday starting today. It seems like they were just trying to use up old, moldy leftovers to make some extra money.
Make sure to give Happy Family Place a try for their delicious hot dishes. Their take-out service is very quick, and the staff is friendly and happy. It's not easy to make people happy, so it's great to see a place that does it so well.
