We have been coming from Wiesbaden to the Hammes Mill here just fits (almost everything: the food is really fantastic, creative, fresh and superlecker, good wine selection, seasonal map, friendly service and a very nice ambience in the great old mill. In addition, a really very good price reading ratio. Very delicious food, tastefully dressed and the mill is very nice. I can only recommend! Unfortunately, I can't say anything about the operators and the staff, they just do their job.
