We came to town for my husband's work, so needed a place to stay. There were limited places to stay in Jennings, so we were happy to see the Hampton Inn Suites had a room available. My husband had a job at the airport across the street, so location was perfect for us. We were greeted promptly and kindly. Check in went fast and soon we were in the elevator up to floor 4. The elevators were efficient and we never had to wait more than a minute or two for them to arrive. The hallways were clean and quiet. The room was a good size with two windows, which was nice. The A/C didn't quite seem to keep up with the space, as the room temperature was always a few degrees warmer than the thermostat sett...
This is an older, less-premium Hampton Inn and it definitely showed during our visit in April 2024. The keycard system was down when we checked in and remained that way for several hours, so the staff had to escort us to our room and let us in. We asked for a call when the keycards were working again so we could pick them up, but that never happened, and I checked downstairs myself around 8 PM to find out that the keycards were working again. The walls are not as good sound barriers as other Hamptons and we could hear a lot from our neighbors. We also woke up to a dead animal smell the next morning, which we reported to the front desk. It was a mediocre stay overall especially given the $200...
Had to make an unexpected stop due to the weather and this hotel was the closest in the distance. My stay was amazing and I enjoyed the customer service, breakfast, and cleanliness of the hotel. I travel a lot and stay at the best hotels across the south but I appreciated the amazing service I received from this hotel. My room was clean, I just wished for updates, but everything else was just what I paid for.
Rooms are very clean no odors of any kind has a nice fragrance as you come into the room pretty big TV for Netflix and YouTube built into the LG TV air conditioning unit is quiet. Front desk was easy to deal with and had no issues of any kind fast service and check in I stayed in the 4th floor room 420 is really nice two double Queens beds are not soft and not firm somewhere in between

Place is dirty , walls are paper thin. Could hear guys partying outside till 1 am on a Tuesday. Front desk guy was terrible ! Give us a room with someone in it . Told him about it n he laughed n no apologie Would not go back
An amazingly clean and spacious room. I stayed here months ago and I made a point of staying here again today. Cheerful staff, clean room, clean bathroom, clean bed, pillows and sheets. Can’t fault this place.
Doesn't seem like a lot to do in the area, but it was a convenient place to stay after our dinner at DI'S resteraunt. Room and hotel have all you need for a great stay.
Friendliest staff ever had anywhere!! Great experience. The breakfast had a good variety. We were very satisfied. Will definitely stay here again.
