I sampled both the Miso Soup and the Clear Soup, and I preferred the miso. I also ordered a Fried Chicken Gyoza, which met my expectations. The salad was generously topped with ginger dressing, which I enjoyed! My husband and I shared the Hana Moon Boat for $64.95, which included soup, salad, 10 pieces of sushi, 15 pieces of sashimi, and two chef's special rolls. For our rolls, we chose the Hot Girl Roll and the Hana Moon Roll. The Hot Girl Roll had a nice kick from the jalapeño seeds and was really tasty! However, I found the Hana Moon Roll to be somewhat bland and lacking in flavor, so I’d opt for a different roll on my next visit. The sashimi and sushi tasted fresh and of high quality. Y...
Got my order from Grubhub. I wrote a detail instruction to seal the bag either with tape or staples since my last delivery was tempered by the delivery personnel. They did NOT seal the bag with anything and one of the containers was opened! Who knows whatthey did to my food?!?! Update: the manager reached out to me and apparently it was not stapled because she was not there tosupervise the person who packed the order. Therefore, she asked for a second chance to make it right by offering credits for thenext order. Very responsive and responsible manager. At least she shows that she cares about the service and the quality. Willdefinitely come back next time.

I visited this restaurant twice—once for sushi and then for sushi hibachi the second time. Both experiences were fantastic, with excellent food and great customer service. The sushi was fresh and flavorful, and I was pleasantly surprised by the hibachi; it was some of the best I've ever had. Plus, they offer a complimentary small dessert, usually a slice of cake. Although the restaurant is small, I really enjoy the interior design and cozy atmosphere. I look forward to returning! Book a table now
This restaurant exceeded all my expectations. A friend had highly recommended it, and I finally had the chance to visit tonight. Everything we tasted was absolutely delicious, and the staff was incredibly attentive. The owner even came by to ask how we enjoyed our meal, and when we mentioned it was our first visit, she kindly treated us to a complimentary dessert. That was a lovely surprise and a wonderful gesture on her part.
This restaurant has been a long-time favorite of my boyfriend's, and I'm so glad he introduced me to it. Hana Moon offers high-quality hibachi at a reasonable price. The portion sizes are impressive, making it a fantastic value for the amount of food you receive. Our server, Sherry, was incredibly welcoming and attentive. I would highly recommend this place to anyone in Jacksonville.
This place is fantastic! There aren't many tables, so you might have to wait to be seated, but it's absolutely worth it! I love the staff here, and the fish is always incredibly fresh. I end up eating far more than I should because it’s just that good! If you're a sushi fan, you definitely shouldn't miss this place!
