Precovid yeah.. now not worth it. The customer service was horrible all around.. my chef had a sour face and closed mouth the entire time. He rushed the whole experience. I don't know why, they had one other table. Food quality wasbquickway. I guess its a one drink min. The waitress came with the togo boxes before they came and asked us if we need anything. They have a automatic tip of 14.95 for two people. But have the nerve to have a absent waitress/waiter staff. Should've stopped coming the last time. My waitress and another fought and the police shut down the resturant. Wont be back.

It took forever to get seated. All the drinks we asked for were not served to us. Upon asking where they were they said they ran out. We never received the appetizers: salad soup. When asked after the meal where they were they said they ran out. again, poor communication. Why do I have to ask where my item is? The rice was dry and I had to add extra soy sauce. None of the ginger sauce was provided, only yum yum. I asked for medium steak it was well done in some areas and medium rare in others. The only good thing was the shrimp. I will never return.

I originally intended to go to Sakura late at night, but they closed earlier than expected. Since Hanabi closes at 10 PM, I decided to try this place instead. I had a fantastic experience! The soup was outstanding, and with every entree, you also get fried rice and noodles, unlike at Sakura where you only get fried rice. The service was excellent, and the chef was entertaining, making it a better experience overall than at Sakura.

Organization was lacking for our side of the table. Orders were missing or messed up but they fixed it. Wished they would've had that level of hospitality to discount our bill. The service wasn't worthy of the $200 bill. If you're looking for the entertaining type of hibachi, this is not it. Book a table now

I would suggest removing the sushi photos from this place. Also, why do you ask how I want my steak cooked (medium) if you're going to overcook it to the point where it loses all its flavor? You clearly don’t understand what hibachi is. There’s nothing Japanese about this restaurant at all.

How is this a Japanese steak house with all kinds of sushi on the menu but THEY DON’T SERVE SUSHI! Please put a notice up on google/web services letting people know BEFORE they make a special trip to visit only to find out once they get there.

I ordered takeout. I ordered the hibachi salmon. When I got home and opened the container the salmon filet looked like chicken but smelled like fish. I gave it a taste test and it was EXTREMELY salty. Book a table now

Good hibachi but they no longer serve sushi so kinda defeats the purpose of going there.
