a disappointing experience! it was empty and quiet, they can say that they have just opened, as the employees have not experienced enough! they were really nervous and disturbing. they suddenly gave us hot water bottles without evening and asked if we wanted them, and they were filled with water that turned the bottle into a ball to the edge. they ordered two coffees and cakes, well I waited 20 minutes until I heard that they foam the milk! there were no other customers! then they burned the milk, I could hear that it was burned, it was so loud! will not come back! it is a flower shop, no bar or caffe or anything else! it should be just a flower shop!
we have booked for motherday afternoon tee to arrive and say we had not booked for eating. just a table. we got a menu that detailed the afternoon, but no other feeds. very disappointing and will not return. the set-up was very nice, but the smell was the same as sitting in a florist shop, what it is.
my friend and I had a nice afternoon for my 60th birthday. sandwiches, cakes, tea and champagne and the wonderful smell of flowers. will be returning
amazing friendly service, beautiful eating. gluten-free options are first class. restaurant, food and personal.
