On a fleeting visit to Germany and craving wurst and beer the reviews seemed to suggest this was the perfect place.However it was a bit of a let down - portions small and the wirst just average. Tbh I've had better wurst from the German sausage man in Lewisham.Someone else has described it as hipster wurst which I think is spot on. For a quick snack, not bad but was still hungry afterwards! It's an order at the counter and pick up yourself effort too so difficult to score for good service
Stopped in Aachen for a quick visit and some lunch. Stumbled upon Hanswurst (was hopping to find a sausage option) and was not disappointed. The kids loved them and Dad enjoyed the jug of beer to accompany the Bratwurst. Good value - Enjoy.
This place is very well known in Aachen for its sausage dishes. They serve all the typical German sausage combinations. This is a gourmet fast food place that you have to visit when you visit this nice city. You won't regret it.
We wanted a traditional German wurst lunch and were not disappointed. We all had the Hansbratwurst sitting in the sun outside with music from the buskers in the square behind us. The Hansbrau was also excellent. Book a table now
The food was good, through it wasn't that much. If you just want a quick bite, without going to the traditional fastfood restaurants, this restaurant is a good choice.
Great currywurst and great beer with a fruity taste. The place has also a nice view on the cathedral and has free Wi-Fi for you to write a review on the spot!
The interior was nice, it was quite cosy. It is fast food so don't expect anything exceptional. We ate here for 10 euro per person and I liked it.
