Unfortunately the West St location seemed to be staffed by young girls who weren't properly trained. I watched the young lady working the drive thru walk around behind the counter eating a sandwich. I ordered cheesy chili fries and a junior shreddedchicken sandwich. I was very disappointed in both. The sandwich barely had any chicken on it and the chili on the fries wasdisgusting. Probably won't go back.
I'm done with this place. Everytime I come here lately the svs is horrible I never leave the parking lot until I check my order and 8 out of 10 times I have to go in to get it fixed. And today I went thru the drive thru was pulled ahead for a freshhamburger waited 20 min they served the entire drive thru. Then brought me a cold bag of food. I should've been done with them along time ago
The chicken in a potato bowl tasted very old. Couldn't finish it because it was gross. Also ordered A1 mushroom Swiss burger. It was A LOT smaller than usual, like they used a junior hamburger instead. Very disappointed for the amount of money spend.
Waited over 20 min for 2 ice creams. The girl behind the the counter was rude and cussing at other employees. We waited so long a cook came from the back and asked what we had. Absolutely the worst service in Lima.
