This is such a hidden gem. I moved from LA several months ago and had been really missing the Korean food. When I found Happy House it made my night. The service was amazing and the food came fast and was delicious. I got the Kimchi Jigae and LOVED IT. My wife, who is new to Korean food and not a fan of Kimchi, got the chicken Korean BBQ plate and raved about it. The menu is huge (really, enormous) so they have something for everyone. Fried rice or chicken Katsu could be perfect for kids who are new to spicy food. Give it a try, you won’t be disappointed!
Huge person for Korean food. I lived in Korea for 3 years about and missed the food every since I moved away. Now, with that out the way I can continue with the review based off how much it matched the food from Korea. Happy House delivered. Let me tell you, I filled my pants 10 times over. Their food actually tastes like the real deal. Other fast food joints tried to match the Korean feel, but Happy House does it so much better. Their kimchi is also super good.
Ive been here a few times now and have not been dissapointed, It is amazing i got the Chicken Bul Gogi this time and it was fantastic. Dont let the exterior fool you it looks small and deciving but the food is amazing and the service is even better, Everyone was kind and super helpful. The prices are 100% worth it for the quality and experiance making this an a weekly dinner for me and my friends. I will be returning many times over!!!
The food here is really well done and authentic. Eat your heart's desire in courts. I took a photo of my court, Dolsot Bimbimbap, in whom wonderful it tasted. My family is often here and welcome.
