The Happy Maki is my ULTIMATE festival snack, have seen them at loads of evens and I scoffed my weight in their plant based sushi burritos the summer season just gone. When I realised they 'd set up shop in my home town BTN I obv could not resist a visit. Honestly, these guys made it into my death row meal selection and me n my stomach will forever be indebted to u. Pictured: HOISIN 'DUCK ' Duck yes. Probably the one I 've eaten the most because the flavour is just outrageous. The duck style jackfruit is delissshh.
This is a take-out only restaurant, and it operates on a unique concept where you get to decide the price of your meal (they do provide a suggested price, which you can adjust as you see fit). They offer a variety of vegan and gluten-free sushi burritos. I’ve visited twice, and both times I opted for the sweet potato option, which I highly recommend. The staff were very friendly, courteous, and lovely.
I have a severe case of celiac disease, and I discovered this restaurant on the "Find Me Gluten Free" app. They take gluten-free dining very seriously and maintain a dedicated gluten-free kitchen. Additionally, they offer a fully vegan menu. I highly recommend visiting this place. I’ve never felt safer eating out at a restaurant before.
I discovered this hidden gem by pure chance while waiting for my bus. The entire menu is vegan, which isn’t my diet, but everything was incredibly tasty. I had never tried sushi in a wrap form before, but I will definitely be returning for more. The prices are also quite reasonable given the generous portion size of the wrap.

Absolutely delightful dining experience! The food was extremely tasty; even my partner, who typically doesn't enjoy vegan or gluten-free meals, loved every bite. We will definitely return to try everything on the menu! The service was excellent as well, with attentive staff who understood our needs perfectly.
my favourite place for eating. the aroma combos are inventive, they sound like they should not function as sushi, but do (blt! all vegan and gluten-free! big company ethos and transparence also!
The 'fully load ' is a must try. Also, the cauliflower fires are so crispy. Highly recommend if you want some healthy and simple food.
