Visited for the first time this evening. What a fantastic meal we had. All servings were extremely generous. The dishes we had were: San Choy Bow for entree, Asian veg in oyster sauce, honey pepper spare ribs, Szechuan beef and crispy duck in plum sauce. All dishes were served promptly and had quite obviously just left the pan. We all left extremely satisfied, pleased with the quality of the dishes and the attentive service we had received during the evening. I recommend a drop in :
Quaint little place. This little place has nothing to prove. It's just a nice little place, that has good food that hits the spot and the service is always with a smile. If you want more than this, (Referring to previous reviews) you might want to go to a flash restaurant in the city and pay a lot more... not a little family run place in the suburbs. We Like the place and we'll be back for sure.
Each table is entitled to one special meal for $10. We ordered the Peking spare ribs, which were tasty and a good portion for the price. The Wasabi king prawns, priced at $29, were average. The special fried rice had a nice "wok" taste and was good. The hot and sour soup was okay, but lacked a variety of ingredients. Overall, we received good service.
My daughter's fav menu here is the fish with corn soup.. Just changed owner few months ago, but the menu stays the same. Service also good and food came out fast can't fault this restaurant, they gave free prawn cracker at the start which the kids love... No wonder they always wanna come back n eat here hahaha... We recently enjoyed a family dinner at this restaurant and were quite pleased with our experience. We particularly loved the herbal chicken soup served in a hot pot. The wine chicken soup was a comforting dish, perfect for the cold season.
We adore this restaurant that offers dishes bursting with delicious flavors! Thankfully, it's not very crowded at the moment, otherwise we might not have been able to enjoy a meal here on Father's Day. I highly recommend it!

All round quality for most dishes. My favourite is their Lemon chicken with fried rice. Excellent service and quick serving time. One of the best Chinese restaurant in South of the River.
