Harbor House was a great date night dinner. We had Open Table reservations, but the place wasn’t crowded when we arrived. A lot of pick-up orders being placed while we were there. It was listed as business casual attire, however, this was not the case. It was definitely more casual, but that’s ok. The food was amazing! My husband loved his gumbo soup and jambalaya dish…he can be picky sometimes so that’s saying something! I thoroughly enjoyed the Lobster Mac and Cheese. I got the appetizer portion and it was huge! Would definitely come back. Staff were very friendly and welcoming.
Horrible customer service. We made reservations online just for the host to tell us when we arrived that they were not doing online reservations. Then the host never wrote our party name down so we waited additional hour to be seated while other people were getting seated before us that showed up after us. Very horrible customer service !!!!!
The food was ok, small portions. I asked for baked potato with butter only, it came with butter and sour cream. My husband was a fan of the all you can eat, which is no longer, HH was his favorite restaurant, not any longer. And the gratuity is pre added, which is a total turn off.
Nothing stood out, Boring vibe. Service was good, I enjoyed my food (fish and loaded pot) just a few patrons so seating wasn't a issue at all. Overall just ehhhh.

It does NOT honor reservations on OpenTable. EVER. They were completely confused as to why people keep showing up claiming to have reservations.
