Emil is the bomb ! My friend tried the Friday night bootcamp class and told me she was addicted , I had my first 1 on 1 session with Emil today and I feel amazing . He's an amazing person with great energy , so motivating . The workout was great , 1 hour full body strength training . I'm not a newbie so we didn't have to work on form too much and were able to push thru the workout . I'm really happy I met him and I'm looking forward to training with him on the regular , also has very unique boot camp classes . I have take 2 classes there so far and the workouts always give me a good sweat. Great circuit training with some weights incorporated. Lots of sprint variations and plyometric work to get your heart rate going as well. Highly recommend.
Love hardbodies! I’ve felt myself improve in strength, stamina and I’ve dropped in weight! I always feel challenged and motivated each time I go! The environment is amazing and everyone feels like family!
