"limited menu, no fish in the evening we visited, and the quality of food was only averaged. the service was good. ambience was simply with non-hard rock music on small TV screens in the restaurant. this place has many potentials, but needs attention."

So disappointing. My partner I were so excited to go to Hard Rock to celebrate his birthday and he ended up walking out with an empty stomach. For some reason we were the ONLY table without waiting service. Was first told to order at...the bar and the servers at the bar seemed confused and told us to sit down and wait for a waitress. Nobody even came near us for twenty minutes. I eventually ordered my own food and my partner then spent another 20 minutes waiting to be served at the bar who were obviously busy serving other customers, which makes the whole concept of our table ordering at the bar baffling. eating in general was not great) steak was cooked spot on but expensive for what it was with not much on the way from sweet on the side. When my steak arrived, I ordered a glass of red wine that came weeping when I was about to finish my meal. kellnerin was nice and apologise for the delay. Not quite sure why it took so long as it saw a lot of personal on) place looks something dated, three of the four soap donations in the male toilet were empty 8pm) there was no paper cloth and the electric hand dryer did not work: . 12.5% surcharge for the Easter Saturday added salt to the money wound.

I did not visit the restaurant since I left in 2003. the only thing I visited was the souvenir shop and bought many great Australian souvenirs! I've known since 30 June 2022 that this location is closed and. may be moved in the near future. I hope that this happens as I like to travel back to brisbane and surfers paradise and visit the hard rock cafe. the best place for souvenirs!

absolutely frightening. my cake has eaten my personal before it arrived at the table. I'll get a photo of the cake while we went to the venue and then when it came to the table. it's a late post, because the manager knew my man and he didn't want me to put him in here. but that was my 50th birthday and they ate my cake seriously!
