Operating such a large space in a high-traffic area such as Darling Harbour must generate some pretty hefty overheads, but the menu in its current guise can't justify these prices."

The waiters seem to be as uninterested to sit down. We had a booking where we were not even set up when they presented us the table, so they let us go forward and wait. So no point posting weekday because they are in addition to empty.

Less than none vegetarian options at this place.
I asked for a mac and cheese minus the chicken (who even puts chicken in a mac and cheese?!) and it was still the same price.
Almost 30 bucks for a mac and cheese - how stupidly ridiculous.
Drinks were expensive also. Nice view even though we were seated inside.
We were seated inside because it was freezing cold outside and waiters kept opening the doors to serve people outside and leaving them open, making us have to get up and close then each time.
Easy place to get to via public transport or if you're driving but would recommend you visit some pave else to eat.
Not a place I'd recommend to family or friends.

I am a Hard Rock tragic and have been to 30 around the world! Have been to Sydney before and enjoyed it more than this time! I know it was Friday night but shunted to the bar area as on my own. Understand you don't want to waste a table in a solo, but no sole in the bar! Having said that the food is still great. Had the Tennessee burger from the Burgers if the world menu and it was delicious... Don't worry about the fries though.. Do yourself a favour???.. Not really sure!
