My daughter and I made reservations through Open Table because of the good reputation of Hard Rock in Holluwood! We were not disappointed. The customer service was over the top great. The servers checked on us several times during our visit making sure they were attentive and super responsive to our every need. A couple of managers stopped by to introduce themselves and thanked us for choosing Hard Rock to have dinner. The food was great. Had the Nachos w/steak and sliders. The mint/strawberry lemonade was delicious! They had all the health and safety measures in place so my daughter and I felt comfortable and at ease. The service was amazing!! The manager Brent was amazing and checked in on our table multiple times. He had several amazing conversations with us and made us feel at home. Our server Louie was the best. Very professional and funny! His service was over the top and I couldn’t have asked for a better server. The live music was great and there was nothing but good vibes. Most importantly, the food was amazing and 10/10. We’ll definitely be back soon.
Not what Hard Rock used to be! I remember when Hard Rock Cafe anywhere in the world was full of energy but Hard Rock Hollywood atmosphere was dull. Food was okay not great and also out of several items we ordered including cocktails. Great service but the server looked frazzled. Would not go back.
Despite making this booking several weeks beforehand, and having the booking confirmed a few days prior, we were very disappointed to be turned away at the door after being told the restaurant was closed for a private event.
