Horrible. Attended an event that brought them in a ton of business. I spent a lot of money on souveneirs, , food, and drinks. Was there for 5 hours giving them business all night. I asked for a glass of water and was told I had to purchase it. Maybe if I had not purchased food and drink there the entire night, it would make sense. However, I gave them a lot of business just on my own. Instead of the bartender explaining that he needed to charge a small fee to cover supplies/costs, he caught attitude when I didn 't want to buy bottled water. The venue was far from busy, there was still a bit of ambiance-and the service from Justino was excellent. As always the portions were HUGE, even my husband couldn’t finish.
Good food. Service efficient and friendly Seemed to lack some atmosphere but we were eating early and next to a noisy table, which didn’t help. But always reliable fare!
