I wouldn't even give this place one star. I just called and the general manager, Kenzie, hung up on me after I complained that my food was cold, even though the box was melted. She blamed it on the DoorDash driver, saying they didn’t arrive right away, but my food was clearly sitting under a heat lamp for too long. It's ridiculous that I paid $15 for food that wasn't even hot, and then I got hung up on. I usually order from there every weekend and my food is typically hot and fresh, but this time it was melted to the Styrofoam because it sat for so long. I do not recommend ordering from them through DoorDash, as you won’t be satisfied when someone like her is in charge.

Yesterday at noon, I had an incredible experience at the Hardee's on University. The woman at the drive-thru who took my order was so polite, it truly impressed me—I wished I could have tipped her. The woman who handled my payment, whose name I believe was Angie, was also fantastic and courteous. I know the woman who took my order was the day shift manager, and she was absolutely exceptional. The food was even better; everything was perfect with no complaints. It's been a long time since I've had such a great experience at Hardee's, and I'm not sure what they changed, but I'm really glad they did!
I consistently get outstanding service when Deashia is at the window! She's a dedicated employee, and I truly appreciate her cheerful demeanor. Her enthusiasm enhances the overall experience. Deashia is highly professional and definitely deserves a substantial raise. I also want to give a shout-out to the cook with dreadlocks who served me my food—he prepared two of the most delicious sandwiches! Thank you, everyone!

I had a fantastic experience at the Hardee's on University in Peoria. When the shake machines are in operation, their shakes are absolutely delicious. I'm a huge fan of their breakfast sandwiches and sausage biscuit gravy. I was especially impressed by a 14-year-old employee who did an outstanding job; he appeared quite young, about 12, but was very skilled and capable.

I had a frustrating experience at this restaurant. I waited 10 minutes in the drive-thru without being helped. When I went inside, I hoped to receive better service, but the staff completely overlooked me. They served the next person in the drive-thru while I was ignored. I’ve never seen anything like it.
The food was good, but the service was extremely disappointing. The staff had a rather unfriendly attitude, and the music they played was quite inappropriate. I lost count of how many times I heard offensive language while waiting for my meal. Overall, it was very unprofessional.
