When the bacon is questionable as to if I would get sick eating it because it looks half cooked then its NOT worth risking it. This is a regular occurrence as I am through there multiple days a week. Drive through is always fast. Loved the (African American) crew that use to be there as they were always so friendly. Current crew not so much despite me being through 5 days every week. IMO a no nail polish policy needs to be implemented and no facial piercings or at least limit them (and yes my kiddo has several facial piercings ' and I would not be upset if they were turned down for a job based on that) . today by the drive-dru on tobehl (2/15/2022.) there was a woman named vennie who worked alone on the afternoon. When I asked her about it, she was very kind and said, "It's all good, it's good." they would command to take over their headset and be so polite all the time and make sure that the commands were correct while the work of the Drive-Thru and the counter. I was so impressed by the person she was through all that I had to get here to let you all know. I don't often go to hardee, but I'm going back to see her. they do not get this hospitality during these low personal times. thank you for making my day, vennie (I hope I have their names right. bless you!
Best Hardees I’ve ever been too, And Far as My Personal Opinion only . That location should be an “Expiatory Model “For every other one of their locations in the United States. Theres no Excuses , Theres no Were short staffed With the Sorry letter . These folks get you a hot breakfast they appreciate your time , and that goes leaps and bounds in my book, And they deserve all the Recognization in the World at And more And Thats why they will have my continued business Everyday.
we are pleased that the lobby was reopened. we are driven by many times and it was not opened and decided to try again and it was open. had great service. the lady waiting for us advised that they and the morning team had come from the Bridgeton business that was closed. she was very friendly, eating was ready in a short time and was hot and absolutely no complaining. keep the good work tomorrow crew. I love Hardee's biscuits. Wish we had one near us. This one was super busy this morning, and the small staff had to hustle to tend the drive through and walk ins. What great teamwork for so few staff. The food came out hot and fresh.
I love whoever is working here currently. It's so rare these days to get even a mediocre experience when getting takeout, and these guys are on the ball every time. Hot fresh food with a smile. Give these people a raise management!
I came through the drive thru this morning and had the kindest lady take my order. She had great manners, asked how I was today and was very quick to get my order out! I am so thankful for people like her.
