Whoever goes through the drive-thru at Dorsett Street Steak and Shake on Wednesday, May 1st, in the afternoon or evening is incredibly rude. The cashier took my order and drink without any courtesy or politeness. When I repeated my drink order, the cashier abruptly gave me the total without saying please or thank you. I went around to the pick-up window and the cashier rushed every car to move forward, without taking the time to properly fulfill the orders. The cashier yelled at the car in front of me for not pulling forward enough, and then asked me not to go behind him with anyone. must always check the order. Usually something is wrong or missing. they seem to be very effective to cheat people out of their money by shortening them, not giving them their complete order or giving them a cup of ice with a little soda in it. enough! it is not fast, it is not a good value and the service is missing. we vote with our pocketbook and go from now on to another place.
I found that the food was a bit expensive, but their sandwiches were generously sized. The service was what you would expect from a drive-thru, with the order being taken at the window. The staff member was very friendly and helpful. Overall, the food was tasty.
