Hardee’s - Table reservation

I absolutely hate giving bad reviews and am only doing this in hopes managers see there is a problem and try to fix it. After giving our order in the drive thru we pulled around to see not 1 but 4 other vehicles pulled up ahead of the pickup window waiting on food. We didn’t think it possible but we were also asked to pull up and wait for our chicken tenders and double cheeseburger minus the onions. We thought, hey our food will be super fresh so it’s all good. Wrong. The chicken tenders were cold, the burger bun was hard and I’m pretty sure the onions had just been removed, not a burger put together fresh. The only bright spot was hot fries. Burgers are consistently sloppy and low quality. Waste of money. Hardee's is only good if your starving to death and need to survive until you can find anything else. Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Recommended dishes: Cheeseburger

They can never get the food right in the bag yet again I’m missing another sandwich and the phone number on Google is no good so you can’t even call up there and complain you got to drive 1214 minutes out of your way
