I had an interesting experience at the restaurant. A woman named Sylvia let out the longest sigh I've ever heard and then walked away from the order window to sit in a small office while my food was being prepared, as if the entire world was bothering her. I'm not sure what her problem was, but I didn't appreciate her dismissive attitude and the way she sighed at customers. On a positive note, another gentleman who assisted us was very kind, and the burgers we ordered were quite good.
I keep giving Hardee's another chance, but I’m always left disappointed. Their breakfast menu makes the drive-thru look inviting for a quick stop on the way to work, but the reality falls short. The food arrives barely warm, often cold in the middle. The croissant is usually hard around the edges, as if it’s leftover from the day before, and the meat portion is frequently only half the amount expected in the sandwich.
The staff at the counter were very courteous; however, when I returned my double cheeseburger because it was completely squashed—something that’s simply unacceptable—the cook announced loudly for everyone in the restaurant to hear, "Is he really complaining about that?" He then asked, "Tell me, would any of you accept this burger?" I suppose that's why he's flipping burgers instead of working elsewhere...

If I could give a zero I would. My order was wrong. I ordered onion rings, got fries. My meat was burned and there was mustard on my burger not mayo. And my shake was the equivalent of chocolate milk with whipped cream. Worst meal I?ve ever had. So disappointed after having such good food at the Carl?s Jr. in Colorado. I?ll never go back.
Horrible experience they were out of French fries out of tater tots out of sodas and then to top it off a simple request on the order was Not acknowledged so one meal went uneaten... What part of only meat and cheese on a Burger didn't they Not understand....
Hardee's cooks their chicken strips in old grease, resulting in strips that are all brown instead of a crispy golden brown. Definitely unappetizing. The menu needs improvement.
Extremely dirty restaurant. Trashy disgusting place that took 27 minutes to make one meal with literally no other business. Book a table now
