I dined here just once on Saturday night and I highly recommend it! The food was delicious and the value was fantastic. The baked camembert was perfect for sharing, and I'm glad we did because the main course portions were quite large! We all ordered the sausage with mash, which was great, as well as nuggets and chips for the kids (the chef adjusted the portion sizes for us). I also tried their 8oz burger, which I enjoyed immensely. The staff was lovely and the atmosphere was great. I will definitely be coming back!
I visited the Hare and Hounds for the first time and I must say, it’s a charming pub. The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, and the food was delightful with a great variety and beautiful presentation. The outdoor garden is exquisite as well. Overall, it’s a fantastic pub, and I will definitely return. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality!
I attended my aunt's wake at this pub after her ashes were interred. It’s a very accommodating dog-friendly venue with a lovely beer garden. Just a heads up that dogs aren’t permitted in the restaurant area, but you can still enjoy a meal in other sections, I believe. Overall, I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all at 4 out of 5.
I just had a Sunday roast, and I have to give it a perfect 10 out of 10. This is a fantastic pub! I usually stop by for a pint, but today we decided to grab a bite to eat. I highly recommend it.
