The outside of the establishment versus the inside are two different worlds.. the area is in a very run-down, poor and sadly maintained part of town. And the parking is not the best either... But once you get inside, the food is good or very decent, and the music is lit (rap, RnB, and some old school jams). It's hard to talk though due to volume. I like the out back covered patio situation as well. It is very small inside, so it gets packed and crowded with no seating quickly. The patio area might give you a better option so I'd suggest going straight back there first. Self-seating outside, but a server may seat you inside. Customer service is just okay, but the servers are all cool. Paying...
I went here with friends after the Mardi Gras crawled for a decent meal. When we got in, the whole setup was full and the music played. We sat on the terrace that wasn't the best when it was cold and the heat lamps didn't work so well (after they had switched on). Our group of 8 placed our orders with the waiter. It took some time to get out for food, as it was 8 meals. But when meals came out, you were forgotten. But when I went to dinner, it was delicious! The chicken was cooked for perfection and the frits were well seasoned. The food came to reusable dishes. But unfortunately my water came into a plastic cup with a straw. Definitely not environmentally friendly there. And wasted. Oh, and...
If I could leave 0 stars I would. I'm sitting her here after ordering and paying for it online. It's still a 30 min wait. Very nonchalant and even though I was irritated that after I've paid for it, showing my email (which is what Is required) I was denied without my ID. So thankful I have my Id saved in my phone. But that's insane seeing that, clearly it's on my phone and it's already paid for. But to wait an additional 30 min after the 45 min because I purchased online is rude. I don't care how the chicken tastes. I wish I could give it a -2 star rating.
Before posting this I attempted to call the restaurant and received no answer, there was no voicemail available.I just got home with my pickup order. There is a hair in my coleslaw. I ordered a pint of coleslaw and only received a half pint. The blue cheese dressing is absent. The chicken sandwich does not have the sauce on the side, as requested, and the chicken on the sandwich is so dry it’s inedible. I usually really enjoy going here, but this time was very disappointed. Please reach out to me to correct this.

My food was over boiled, then when I had eaten my company and I discovered a dirty glove under my food. When I told the manager, the owner's son, he only asked if the glove was in my food, no excuses or anything. When he asked about my ticket, he did not even offer a discount or something for the inconvenience and still had the opportunity to calculate the automatic satisfaction.
My sister and I went here to grab a quick bite and drinks! Great spot to unwind…the music was not too loud and the staff was very accommodating for my sister who is in a wheelchair. I had the whiting fish and it was very seasoned.
Migel the bartender is THE BEST, drinks are great food just as good no take home for me.I had fish and shrimp,drink cosamigo margarita. However Don't by that it's 29$ there.great drink way too much money.
I 'm a country girl in the city so you know I had to try the wings and gizzards. I would definitely recommend along with the blue mf. The vibes (service) was great and I enjoyed myself!!!!!
