I have been a loyal customer of your restaurant since it opened, and I have always enjoyed the food and coffee. However, there have been consistent issues with the restaurant's schedule not aligning with the advertised hours. It is frustrating to find the restaurant closed on random days on a regular basis, like today, when I wanted to dine there on a Monday. Occasionally, there are also errors with orders, especially when making adjustments like requesting no cheese. I hope you can address these management problems promptly. Additionally, I suggest updating your shop's hours on Google Maps or online to accurately reflect when the restaurant is actually open. Thank you.
Huge drop in quality over the years and big price increases. Also read how the owner has been responding to customer feedback. This place USED to be the BEST place for a pork roll egg and cheese by a long shot when it first opened. It?s beenaround a year since our last visit and we were shocked to see how much the price went up and the sandwich tasted mediocre atbest. Based on the way the owner responds to other people?s reviews that are fewer than 5 stars, it doesn?t seem like the ownercares about customer satisfaction. Disappointing to see.

What frustrates me the most about this place is they are open half the time I try to go there. Can you just be open consistently? One more thing is they always put cheese in your bagel even if you ask not to. So now on I just ask for less disgusting kind. Because if you ask not to put any cheese, they give you American. And that makes me send sandwich straight to trash. Sorry american foodies.

This restaurant is a total disappointment. The most recent photos are deceptive, and the reviews seem fabricated. The staff lacks basic customer service skills and responds poorly to feedback. The location is often closed, making it a waste of time to visit. I would recommend avoiding this place altogether.
Damn I really liked Harrison Bagels and was surprised to see that the owner cannot take criticism and instead has to be verbally abusive .. Anyway pay your bills bro and Hopefully you will be more humble .. Try Wonder Bagels they have multiple locations andthe hours of operation are consistent.

came here randomly just off the PATH train. i?m loyal to my hometown spot but this is easily one of the best pork roll sandwiches i?ve ever had
They make a good bagel and a good variety of cream cheese toppings. My personal favorite is spicy veggi cream cheese.Its worth a trip there.
