My recent visit to Nandos Livingstone with my husband, friends, and a toddler turned out to be quite disappointing due to the customer service we encountered. We patiently waited to be seated while the staff seemed preoccupied with another conversation. When I politely asked for assistance, the response from both the waitress and another customer was unexpectedly rude. The situation escalated when we approached the manager to inquire about a table. They served me and my son and left my partner and his daughter waiting for their food. We ordered straight after the other. They said they'd had some orders come in between our orders but that can only mean they prioritised take away over serving people who were dining in their restaurant. No apology given even though they'd clearly forgot. I was really disappointed

You will have to wait to get a table at this time of year but 25mins wait was fine Just nipped over to weatherspoons for a fee drink before hand
