The Hartenthaler serves traditional German cuisine such as schnitzel, Kasespatzle, Sauerbraten, and of course Apfelstrudel. Overall the food was good and cooked to order. If you arrive closer to closing time, it's not guaranteed that the items listed on the daily changing menu specials may not be available. Several times a couple people from our group ordered the same thing but one person ended up having to make a different choice because they had run out for the day. I was there with a large group of K9 handlers during the late week and weekend. again we had very dear visits by friends and so we ordered together a table at the most beautiful destination on the ranch of the spa town bad wörishofen to lunch. the firmly covered hof is not in the valley, but on a height with a view of the mountain chain of alps including the highest mountain of Germany, the mountain peak. especially when we had a wonderful panorama and again we were not disappointed. we have a very nice covered table right at the window and let us cook the good house so taste right. there were 2 x pork roasts with potato clones and baar. herb, 1 x callbhaxenfleisch with fine homemade notes and salad, as well as 1 x rehgulasch everything came in very good quality and hot...
