Hart's Kitchen is off to a great start in the new year. We enjoyed plump, tasty, garlicky prawns and a comforting, creamy artichoke soup for starters. The flat iron steak, cooked medium rare as requested, was flavorful and satisfying. For dessert, we had a delicious chocolate fondant with ice cream and some standard Madeleines with lemon curd. The wine list offered plenty of options at reasonable prices. The service from the one waiter in the small dining area was professional and friendly. It's reassuring to see that this long-standing Nottingham restaurant is still serving up excellent food.
Top quality as you'd expect from the people who own Michelin starred Hambleton Hall on Rutland Water. Lovely atmosphere and food, reasonable prices for the quality on offer. A very smart but also relaxed environment. Dress: smart casual.

Had a very nice meal at Harts. Perfect surroundings. The waiter was very attentive. Seamlessly kept our glasses topped up. Service was excellent and food was tasty.

It's ok but wouldn't go out of my way for it. As far as value, I'd question it. Too expensive for what is offered. Service is impeccable! Desserts are excellent.
Attention of waiting staff was excellent, without it being intrusive. Food was beautifully presented and full of great taste. Overall a great dining experience.
I had a fantastic Sunday lunch at this restaurant. The atmosphere was perfect, relaxed and in a nice setting. The roast beef was absolutely delicious.
Disappointed with the limited menu choices and one of the 2 fish choices had run out. Dined here before with a good experience but not so this time.
