No chicken on the buffet, no rolls, no tea, staff was doing everything but working until a staff member finally decides to take out the overflowing trash and a damn rat runs out of the receptacle. Just gross this place needs help
If you love Hartz chicken stripes, avoid this one. Otherwise, it has a solid selection of sides. I'm a chicken stripe man, but even I enjoy coming to this location here and there for those loaded sides.
This was literally all the gave us. Extremely skimpy with the food and the chicken strips weren’t cooked that well. We were extremely displeased. Cleveland Hartz gives you way more bang for your buck.
