The sage and onion fries were delicious and a bit unique, and the accompanying gravy was fantastic—exactly what the dish needed. Without the gravy, it might have been a bit dry, and I love dipping my fries in it! We were seated quickly, the service was polite, and our food arrived fresh and promptly. Everyone enjoyed their meals: my parents ordered scampi and fish and chips. The free salad bar was excellent, offering tons of options!

Work Christmas dinner. Unfortunately the food wasn't great. The main problem was the heat, it just wasn't hot enough so by the time you're part way through it's stone cold! Christmas pudding was served with cold custard, yes really!! The other thing that bothered some of us was that it wasn't at all festive! Surely the point of a Christmas dinner is to celebrate, no tinsel, no crackers, no festive centre pieces on the tables, just bare and boring. The young lads that served were great, very attentive and friendly, they saved the evening from being 2 stars.
My wife asked for steak well done but it came back rare The waitress when informed immediately took the steak back to the kitchen however by the time she returned it my wife had already eaten the rest of her food and wouldn’t eat the steak on its own I never complain about restaurants I simply do not return so we payed including the supplement and left Also the lad who took our order did not appear to listen to anything we said the likely cause of the error) and I had to ask for a beer after I had ordered which he had forgotten

The salad bar was nearly empty, with most of the sauce trays lacking content, despite it being only 6 PM. The bread rolls looked stale; my daughter took a bite and immediately noted they didn’t taste fresh. The Pepsi was flat and undrinkable. The steak was decent but too tough and served lukewarm, while the halloumi was also warm at best. The only hot item were the chips. It was evident the restaurant was severely understaffed.
Unfortunately, I won’t be returning.
Fantastic and friendly service. Afew people stood out to me, during my time there with my family and friends. The main person to make such a positive and long lasting impression was a lovely lady called Jordan. She always had a warm and welcoming smile on her face and was brilliant with the service and tending to our needs. Will definitely be coming again! Thank you to the restaurant and their staff!!
Great meal, very happy with the service on the night and the timing of the starters, mains and deserts. There were 10 of us eating and we never felt like we were waiting too long for our order. The waiters/waitresses were very polite and helped us arrange balloons and banners for our arrival and worked with us to bring the cake out when we needed it, excellent service!
The restaurant is charming, the staff were friendly, and the food was exceptional. The only suggestion I have is to include more mini dessert options. I'm not fond of blackberries and I don't really like brownies either; I tried the brownie but it wasn't to my taste.

Love a Harvester and pleased to see normal service has resumed on their self-service salad bar. Love the free refills too. Always great for an all round menu with huge selection. Great family restaurant too.
Great pub/restaurant with a cozy atmosphere. The food is decent, and they offer a complimentary salad buffet for diners. The staff is polite and friendly.
