The food was decent, but the service was extremely slow. It took quite some time for our order to be taken, and it took an unreasonably long time for our meals to be served. We also had to remind the staff three times about our drinks, which took 20 minutes to arrive after we placed our order. Overall, it took us 2.5 hours to enjoy a two-course meal.
Eating was okay, but the service was horribly slow. It took a while to take our food order and be served in unacceptable length for the food. We also had to remember the staff 3 times, we waited 20 minutes after the order for our drinks! A total of 2.5 hours to have a 2 course meal
Despite the Harvester being quite busy, the staff were exceptional—efficient and friendly. They truly provided service with a smile, which is not something you can say about every restaurant. The food was of a high standard, though on the pricier side. Well done!

We have dined many times at Mansion House. Reading and always enjoy the experience, our visit today was a birthday lunch and was as always a good( although we forgot to use birthday voucher !! day. Good super, service super.
With the very old woman who served us she was in a very rush to take our ordered and I myself wasn't even ready to order bi had to make a very quick discussion not happy with her service
This was a half term treat for the grandchildren. The food options were really varied and everyone was pleased with their choice. Although it was busy service was excellent.
