The service and food quality have been terrible on weekends for the past few months. A month ago, my partner came back with a poutine... and there was no sauce! Today, Sunday, we went back, and the wait was so long that we were about to leave. Finally, we ordered, and my burger was cold! I sent it back to get a hot one. I won’t be returning to this Harvey’s. Note to the owner: Given all the negative comments over the past year, shouldn't that little red light be going off?
The meat was completely burnt, not just a little; I’ve never seen anything like it in any restaurant before. The taste surprised me so much that I had to spit out my bite. Be sure to check your order before leaving the drive-thru, because what I received was definitely not acceptable.
Food tastes good. Service is good but sometimes can be slow. During peak hours, wait time is minimal. Its the slower times that makes the difference. Maybe less staff or they don't care as much. Overall it's good enough for me to keep going back ????
Love Harvey's but only thing is this place is shared with St. Hubert and we waited about 5 minutes before having to go searching for a cashier to serve us. A little disappointing :
