The Harvey's location is clean and has good service, with excellent food. Unlike other fast food chains, Harvey's grills their burgers and hot dogs to order and then allows customers to choose from 11 different toppings, including salad, pickles, tomatoes, onions, and chili peppers. The food is showcased behind a glass counter for customers to see. Overall, this Harvey's location offers a great dining experience.
I had a tough time with the heat while the Harveys logo kept spinning endlessly on my screen. The checkout page just wouldn’t load, no matter how many times I tried. After around 20 attempts, I decided to drive to the nearest Harveys location to the west, and fortunately, that one worked perfectly. It was such a waste of my time trying to use an online order coupon.
The staff at this restaurant lack personal hygiene standards. They handle food with dirty hands and their service is slow and untrained. It took three employees 12 minutes to take a single order. I waited 25 minutes in line just to place my order. Unfortunately, Harvey's used to be my go-to spot for a quick meal, but not anymore.
I have found this particular location to be superior compared to other Harvey's restaurants. I always receive fast and high-quality food, and if something is not ready, they are quick to make it right. Book a table now
The food takes a long time to be served, and when it finally arrives, it's cold. Unfortunately, the staff member I interacted with was quite rude, which was disappointing.
