We wish the new owners great success! I don’t often post reviews but I felt I had to comment what great service, cleanliness and freshness we experienced today! We live in Bracebridge and drove down to this Gravenhurst location because Bracebridge is just totally disappointing! I hope Cara reads this and sends someone to Bracebridge asap! It has a swiss chalet inside. That means Harvey's burger and a beer. Pretty darn good combo.Parking: It's a bit tight for parking. Not a hide lot, but enough.Wheelchair accessibility: All ground level. But a little tight inside.
Amazing experience at this location. Clean, friendly and amazing customer service. Happy to make this a go to stop when in the area. New owner cares about his customers and the overall dining experience.
Service was very quick when placing an order via the app. Staff was friendly, and the food was fresh and tasted great. Over-all had an excellent experience when visiting this venue.
