Visiting Bracebridge for the day and after stopping at the Canadian Tire around lunch time walked over to grab a burger. The entire establishment is filthy inside and out. The front entrance is littered with cigarette butts and garbage and walking through the front doors we found the same conditions. We turned around and walked out. If this is how you take care of the front of the business I can’t imagine what the kitchen looks like. Good luck.
There was only one other customer in the restaurant, yet every single table was dirty. At least five employees were standing behind the counter chatting, and it took them at least five minutes to acknowledge us and take our order. The service was extremely slow and the food was unsatisfactory. The bathrooms were filthy, though they might have been cleaner than the dining area! I would not recommend this place.
Worst service worst food. They made a mockery of me asking for extra onions by giving me onions with a side of a burger. They also burnt my onion rings to where it was not edible because I asked for extra crispy. This place is disgusting with how they treat customers they need help. I drove 2.5 hours out of Brampton to escape the stupidity of people there just to have it follow me to muskoka. Disgusting.
Service qas slow and unattentive. Waited 26 minutes for a burger and chicken. Was told 3 times 5 more minutes. How can a chicken restaurant run out of chicken. And to finosh off this lousy experience, not even an apology!!! Service team should be fired or retrained on how to provide SERVICE . Definitely reporting to their corporate offi e as francishees lije thos just tarnish and dage the brand!!! Book a table now
I had an amazing experience at Harvey's! I love spicy food, and I always order the buffalo chicken sandwich combo with buffalo chicken poutine and a lemonade. The staff members are incredibly friendly, and they do a great job running the business smoothly while providing excellent customer service. Thank you, Harvey's team! I can't wait to come back next time!
I stopped by for lunch and went to use the bathroom first, but it was absolutely filthy—every stall was in terrible condition. It really makes you question how the kitchen is maintained and how the food is prepared.
The two servers do NOT Listen.Our order was incorrect from the beginning. Even after, I thought it was fixed. When we got our food, it was still wrong.Idiots...Not stopping here again!!
Just watched the kitchen staff eat and not wash there hands when serving food and he eat food then touched our food with bear hands totally unsanitary, Book a table now
The service is slow, and there is a noticeable lack of enthusiasm from the staff. I frequently receive the wrong order.
