Ordered online App for Pickup/Drive through. There was a line up at drive thru so I went in. The SMELL of Sewage was UNBELIEVABLE at front Cash! You can smell the Toilets!?I seen my order under the heat rack, no one acknowledged me for 6 mins. Staff seemed like they didn't care.When I got home with food, it was Soo Messy and not wrapped properly, nor was correct toppings. The only difference between the burgers was no Lettuce on 2.However the Food tasted good cured the Harvey's craving.
I opted to go inside instead of using the drive-thru. I waited for 20 minutes, only to find that my food had been sitting there the whole time. Hardly anyone was wearing gloves, and the toppings station was in disarray, leading to cross-contamination and a general lack of cleanliness. After insisting on a refund, the manager argued with us, and I eventually had to get angry to resolve the issue. We usually enjoy Harvey's, but this location was a complete disappointment.
I hate this restaurant now and never go back.This restaurant USED TO BE great with previous management. I'm not sure if they switched the owners but it has gone downhill from food to service. The last two times we visited the burgers/fries were not fresh and the chicken was cold.The employees do not know the definition of Customer Service and are found gossiping amongst and using cell phones at work.Very Disappointed, we USED to love this restaurant.
been to Harvey's, 2 in Newmarket and the one in Keswick, this is by far the best Harvey's around!!Had the double angus combo, burger was hot and amazingly delicious and fries were very hot too. The other locations need to take lessons from these guys. They know what they're doing. If I could give 10 stars they would have them. Male Female employees were seen fighting with their hands and touching each other.Other employees were talking laughing, having fun, so loudly which was disturbing me while having my meal.Disgusting atmosphere service.No decent management in place.Visited on January 16, 2024.
Disgusting! All workers talking with each other in their local language, which is not English, while taking customer orders. Clearly disrespecting customers. Some workers don't understand English. No quality workers. Giving us cold Food.Overall, management sucks.
The staff members were incredibly helpful and courteous. They were also very friendly and took the extra time to assist me with troubleshooting the issues at Harvey's.
The dirtiest restaurant in Bradford. I visited in March 2023 and I won't be returning. The kitchen, floors, windows, and bathrooms were all extremely unclean. Book a table now
Bought the Angus burger. The effort that was made when putting my topping on was terrible. Come on guys. Put some more effort in.
