Why they have been closed in service dinning since the beginning of Covid, they are always amazing. It service efficient and yet friendly, very curt in all the right areas. Sometimes they are so overwhelmed by orders from the crowd that you need to wait 15 minutes, but there is a reason why they are so busy. Her weakest dish might be her teriyaki bowls, but everything else is wonderful. Both traditional and new secular sushi with Tlc.
My husband and I have been going to Hatsuki for years, and although it's had some hiccups due to Covid, the food has always been fantastic and it's our favourite sushi restaurant in Kamloops! 10/10, 100% recommend!
First visit! Great atmosphere and friendly staff. Food was wonderful, fast and fresh! Very recommended and will definitely return! Large vegan and vegetarian options.
